Cancellation & Refund Policy

At The Barnyard, we do our best to be flexible and understanding when plans change. This policy ensures we can manage availability fairly for all our customers and keep our sessions and parties running smoothly.


Sessions

Non-refundable: All session bookings are non-refundable once purchased.

Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend, you can move your booking to another date, subject to availability.

You must notify us at least 24 hours before your session start time to reschedule.

Missed sessions without notice are not eligible for rescheduling.

Changes by The Barnyard:

In the rare event we need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff illness, extreme weather, safety concerns), you will be offered either a full refund or a rescheduled session, whichever you prefer.


Parties

Deposit & Payment:

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your party date.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid within 7 days of booking. If the balance is not received, your booking may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

Cancellation by Customer:

14 days or more before the party date: Free cancellation with a full refund of your deposit.

Less than 14 days before the party date: The deposit is non-refundable.

Rescheduling:

If you need to move your party to a new date, please contact us at least 14 days before your original booking date. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Less than 14 days before the party date, rescheduling is not possible, and the deposit will be lost.

Cancellation by The Barnyard:

If we need to cancel a party due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer you either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.


General Terms

No-shows: If you do not attend your booked session or party and have not contacted us to cancel or reschedule within the required timeframes, no refund or rescheduling will be offered.

Illness Policy:

If your child is unwell, please do not attend. We will try to reschedule your session or party if you notify us as early as possible, but this is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.

Extreme Circumstances:

We are not responsible for cancellations due to circumstances outside our control, such as transport issues, illness, or bad weather preventing you from attending.

Refunds:

Where refunds are approved, they will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
